Recently, Andy Waterman and the mothers of the school children gave an appreciation luncheon for the Rico Women's Club for their funding of the ski program for Rico youth. Awards were given to many Ricoans for their efforts during this school year, along with awards to the school children who are moving up to another grade. This was also a farewell to Andy who has been our first teacher since the reopening of the Rico School after being closed for many years. Andy was also given an award signed by citizens of Rico in recognition of his three-year tenure and bringing new life to our elementary school. Andy and his wife, Megan, have made and elidel.
